Autographed Memorabilia Restoration
Memorabilia with autographed areas can be vulnerable to fading and deterioration, this can be prevented with protective framing and conservation treatments.

Autographs and handwritten memorabilia are often personally or culturally significant, this is why our autograph restoration team treats them with the same professional techniques afforded to fine art. Whilst our team cannot alter or retouch autographs, they can offer a range of treatments to preserve and protect the piece going forwards.Â
As the ink in autographs or handwritten notes can be very sensitive to sunlight, our team can provide UV protective framing to avoid fading or worsening condition.
Frames can be bespoke to the autographed item, whether this is a three-dimensional object such as a football, a handwritten letter, or a small note to accompany an artwork or larger item.Â
Paper and other base materials can be cleaned and stabilised following damage from disasters or accidents, such as spills, tears, floods and fires. Age related deterioration, such as a brittle paper surface, can be strengthened by adhering the piece to acid-free conservation lining, such as Japanese tissue paper.
