We are currently looking for a
Customer Liaison Specialist
Due to business expansion and our continued success, we are seeking a full-time Customer Liaison Specialist. This exciting new role will entail supporting our Key Account Manager in numerous areas. This includes assisting in providing clients with recommendations and quotes, following up with clients in an organised and timely manner, answering queries, working on a range of projects to drive new business, and much more. Working with a diverse range of clients from private individuals, galleries, leading insurance companies and historic properties. Our work and success are driven by a high standard of customer service and talented people carrying out restoration work.
The successful candidate will need to be a well-organised individual, have excellent communication skills, a drive for providing great customer service, attention to detail and take pride in providing a positive experience for potential and established clients.
Some travel may be required occasionally to attend client assessments and business meetings.
- Assist in providing recommendations for clients
- Contact clients regarding their requirements
- Follow up in a timely manner with clients
- Manage and update systems with key information
- Assist in new projects to help them come to fruition
- Work closely with colleagues to provide them with key information
The ideal candidate
The successful candidate will have proven experience liaising with customers. You will be confident in communicating with people via phone, email and in person. You will be highly organised, be able to handle multiple projects in an efficient and detailed way and be quick to learn the processes and systems used.
Experience in art restoration and conservation is not essential as full on-site training will be provided. An interest or appreciation of art would be desirable.
