Assessment Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Complimentary assessments are available by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins under this promotional offer.

2. An assessment does not guarantee acceptance of the item for restoration. We reserve the right to decline requests at our discretion.

3. Any quotation provided is an invitation to consider a service, not a binding agreement. A contract is only formed once we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

4. Any terms or conditions added by the Buyer that differ from or conflict with ours will not apply.

5. Please note that price quotations may not be available on the same day as the assessment. In some cases, they must be reviewed and approved by Fine Art Restoration Company Directors before being confirmed with the client.

6. Prices quoted are based on current costs for materials, labour, and transport. If these costs change before the work begins, we reserve the right to update the price accordingly.

7. Once we have physically assessed the item, the quotation may be adjusted if more or less work is required. We will inform you of any changes.

8. Unless stated otherwise, VAT and other applicable charges are not included in quoted prices and will be added where applicable.

9. All quotations are subject to the availability of labour and materials.

10. Unless otherwise noted, quotations are valid for 90 days.

11. If an item is assessed and not collected within 180 days, we reserve the right to dispose of it appropriately.

12. We reserve the right to refuse in-person assessments where behaviour or presence poses a risk to the safety of our team.
